It has been unanimously decided that the ordinary general assembly meeting of our association will be held at Ankara Hakimevi Çankaya/Ankara on August 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM with a simple majority, and if a simple majority is not achieved, on August 23, 2026, at the same time and place with the following agenda, without requiring a majority. It has also been decided that the date, location, time, and agenda information of the general assembly meeting will be announced to the members via the website.

1) Signing of the attendance list by the participating members
2) Opening speech by the President
3) Election of the Presidium
4) Reading of the Income-Expenditure Statement and Activity Reports
5) Discharge of the Board of Directors
6) Election of the Association's Organs
7) Discussion of Other Written and Oral Proposals, Wishes and Suggestions
8) Closing
